A bagel bakery that started as a pop-up in and around Maine’s Lakes Region. Our new HQ in Naples, ME (679 Roosevelt Trail) is now open 5 days a week, Wed - Sun, from 8am - 1pm! Plus, you can still find our bagels sold at Poland Provisions. Check out our story to learn more about our journey!

We do hand-rolled bagels in small batches using as many local ingredients as possible. Bagels are baked fresh each morning so be sure to grab some before they sell out and enjoy them immediately!

Our bagels are a little crispy on the outside and chewy-yet-airy on the inside — like a good bagel should be.

The main flavors are: Everything, Plain, Cinnamon French Toast, Rosemary Sea Salt, Asiago, Jalapeño Cheddar, and Sea Salt. Keep an eye on instagram for announcements about special flavors.

We also offer cream cheese (plain, scallion, and chili crisp), hot coffee, cold brew, and espresso drinks.
