Bagels

Our bagels are a little crispy on the outside and chewy-yet-airy on the inside — like a good bagel should be.

We do hand-rolled bagels in small batches using as many local ingredients as possible.*

Bagels are baked fresh each morning so be sure to grab some before they sell out and enjoy them immediately.**

Our favorite way to eat them is to “rip it and dip it” in cream cheese but it’s really up to you!

**Reheating & Storage Tips

Our bagels are best enjoyed fresh, but here are our recommendations if you are trying to extend their life:

  • DO NOT put the bagels in the fridge!

  • If you're eating your bagels the next day: Put them in a ziploc bag WHOLE and keep them on the counter at room temperature. When you’re ready to eat, give them a light toast.

  • If it'll be longer than a couple days: Put them in a ziploc bag WHOLE and put them in the freezer. They reheat really well! For best results, pre-heat your oven to about 375 F, then toss the bagels in. After just a few minutes, give them a pinch. If they are soft all the way through, pull them out, slice them, and do whatever else you'd like. If not, give them two more minutes until they are nice and soft all the way through.
